My Story
Ciao! I’m Chiara, the founder of Ariminum Italian Truffles.
After years working in hospitality and sales management, I decided to channel my professional experience into a venture that reflects my true passion: sharing the finest Italian truffles and celebrating great food. This idea was born from a lifelong love of exceptional ingredients, authentic flavours, and the joy of quality dining—something I’ve cherished since childhood.
Based in London, Ariminum Italian Truffles delivers fresh truffles and artisanal truffle products inspired by my Italian roots, shipping across the UK.
The name Ariminum is a tribute to my hometown, Rimini, once known as Ariminum in Roman times. While not all our products come from there, the name reflects my connection to Emilia-Romagna—a region renowned for its extraordinary culinary tradition and the place where my love for gastronomy began.
