Refund Policy

At Ariminum Italian Truffles, we take great care to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

๐Ÿ›‘ Perishable Products (Fresh Truffles)

Due to the nature of fresh truffles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or spoiled.
If you believe there’s an issue with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and a description of the problem.

We are unable to issue refunds if:

โ€‹

  • You were not available to receive the delivery

  • The delivery was delayed due to incorrect address or courier issues

  • The product was not stored correctly after arrival

๐Ÿ“ฆ Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable products (e.g. truffle oil, sauces, pantry items), you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us before sending the item back

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

โ€‹

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method.

๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be issued within 5–7 working days.
We’ll notify you once your refund has been processed.
