By placing an order through our website, via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

We offer fresh truffles and gourmet products sourced mainly from Italy. Availability may vary depending on seasonality.
All images are for illustrative purposes—actual products may differ slightly in appearance.

2. Orders

Orders can be placed:

• By contacting us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a summary with details, pricing, and delivery information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. due to unavailability or incorrect pricing).

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made before dispatch, via secure online payment, bank transfer, or other agreed method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the UK using trusted couriers.

​

• Orders placed before 11 AM UK time are usually shipped the same day

• Most deliveries arrive next day by 1 PM, but may vary depending on location

Please ensure someone is available to receive fresh products.

We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues or incorrect delivery details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of truffles, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Please report any issues within 24 hours, including photos if possible.
Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days, if unopened and in original condition.

Check product labels or ask us directly for allergen information. If you have allergies or intolerances, contact us before ordering.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
